Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Covent Garden Buffet Company

We offer refund policy if notified within 24hours of your purchase if there is a fundamental issue with the goods you have been sent. As the items are food bases, we cannot offer a returns policy as the items are for immediate consumption and therefore are covered by the active laws regarding temperature control.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.

 

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is reported as below the minimum standard of expectation at the point of delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
